The only exception is if we shipped the incorrect item.

Once your package has been shipped, Gems by Renee is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your tracking shows β€œdelivered” but you cannot locate your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

We are not responsible for damage caused during shipping. All claims for damaged packages must be filed with the shipping carrier.

Please double-check your address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

🌎 Do you offer international shipping?

International shipping may be available but as of now NO. But when we do have the option Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
